Grata Domum is the latin phrase for Welcome Home, a concept that we hope permeates throughout your buying and selling experience with us.​

We launched Grata Domum in March of 2018 to continue our pursuit of service to our community.  Sarah, a Realtor since 2007, has a long history of fighting for clients and finding solutions where all other roads seem blocked.  Mike, a Realtor since 2017, brings a strong sales and marketing background that is especially helpful in the online presence of our listings.

Mike and Sarah also have experience in flipping houses which provides a unique perspective when looking for a home to make your own.

Beyond Real Estate

We serve on 5 boards benefiting Lenawee County.  Mike serves on boards for the Adrian Public Schools Board of Education, the Adrian Schools Education Foundation. Sarah serves on the Lenawee Humane Society board as well as on the ATHENA of Lenawee Board.

We live in Adrian with our 4 kids ranging in age from Adrian High graduate to toddler.  We also have 2 dogs, 5 chickens, and 3 rabbits to round out our chaotic zoo.
